In this episode, Amy visits with Iva Spoon Wilde of Walland, Tennessee who cooks traditional Appalachian food such as cornbread, hominy, and sassafras tea over the open hearth in a log cabin at the Heritage Center with help from Connie Keeble during the Blue Ribbon Country Fair.
