The University of Tennessee Culinary Institute Preservation Kitchen with Joseph Blauvelt
Amy visits with Jospeh Blauvelt (Chef & Culinary Instructor) UT Culinary Institute, Knoxville about the new Preservation Kitchen located at the UT Visitor Center. This is a new program, free to the public offering free use of the kitchen, equipment and expertise in food preservation to the community.
